- Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.

2.3 Account Closure
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before closure. pojak may also close or suspend an account in the following circumstances: breach of Terms, suspected fraud, or legal obligations.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
pojak offers attractive bonus offers for its new and regular users. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions.
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 → Maximum bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳17,000
4.2 Wagering Terms
To withdraw bonus winnings, specific wagering requirements must be met. At pojak, the wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposited amount.
4.3 Other Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer must be used within a specified validity period.
- Each bonus is claimable only once — the same offer cannot be claimed twice.
- Large winnings from bonus play may require additional verification.
- pojak reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns or bonus abuse are detected.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

- Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.

5.2 Consequences of Violations

- Voiding any winnings obtained through illegitimate means.
